The EAP-I series is a horizontal, radial-split, single-stage, single-suction overhung centrifugal pump with a volute casing. It features a double volute casing structure with an outlet diameter greater than or equal to 80mm that can effectively balance the radial force and ensure the shaft deflection at the shaft seal. The pump is centerline-mounted and is suitable for high-temperature media. A balance hole and seal ring combination is used to balance the axial force over the service life of the bearing. The pump casing, cover, and impeller are provided with sealing rings, and the interference fit of the sealing rings is fixed with screws. This pump is suitable for working conditions with granular impurities without compromising the service life of the pump casing, cover, or impeller.

The ANS-B series is q horizontal, radial split, single stage, single suction, overhung centrifugal pump with a foot-mounted volute casing, The impeller is designed as a fully open structure with a back blade, which is suitable for abrasive liquids containing large particles or strip fibers. The Rigid shaft design, impeller and shaft are connected by a thread with no impeller nut. The bearing component is provided with a bearing box structure and a connecting-bolts plus jacking-bolts design for the bearing housing and bearing box so that the clearance between the impeller and the casing can be easily adjusted without disassembling the pump. This ensures that the pump can run within the high efficiency range. The adjusting action is easy and reliable and the maintenance is simple. The radial bearings are deep groove ball bearings and the thrust bearings are angular contact ball bearings, which can withstand axial forces from two directions.

The SCSK Series is a horizontal, single-casing, axial-split, centerline-mounted, multistage pump with symmetrically arranged impellers. The inlet and outlet flanges are arranged on the pump casing to allow for easy detection and maintenance of the pump without having to move the suction and discharge pipelines. The impellers are arranged back-to-back in a symmetrical manner, resulting in a small residual axial force. The axial force is balanced by adjusting the size of the throttle bushing and other parts, eliminating the need for complex balancing devices. Additionally, the inner hole of each shaft sleeve is equipped with a spiral groove, and the axial dimension of the shaft sleeve is short, making it especially suitable for transferring liquids containing particles. The static friction pair is designed in a separate structure, making it more convenient and faster to replace. The LYA-I series is a vertical, single-stage, single-suction, radial-split, long-shaft submerged pump with a volute casing. It features an independent side discharge pipe, resulting in less hydraulic loss and high efficiency. The balancing chamber and pipe help to decrease pressure and axial force, reducing the possibility of particles entering the sliding bearing, which helps to avoid wear on the plain bearing and prolongs the service life of the pump. The axial force can be balanced by the back blade of the impeller, as well as a pair of angular contact ball bearings for residual axial force balancing. According to the different pump lengths, both integral shaft and spindle shaft structures are available for the pump shaft. To meet different client requests, various types of seals, such as gland seals, packing, screw seals, and mechanical seals, can be fitted. The pump uses a minor radius balance disk and drum combination design to balance the axial force. It has a 3-point rolling bearing support with auxiliary support provided between stages to improve stability. Without dynamic sealing, the only leakage point is the leakage of the medium in the pump well along the cable, resulting in zero leakage, cooling by the pumping medium, explosion-proof requirements and reliability. The pump is equipped with a vibration, liquid level, temperature, and pressure monitoring system to ensure the safety of the pump operation.
