We are hiring Payroll Officer to manage monthly payroll for the Group company

Job Description
  • Payroll Processing.
  • End of service benefits.
  • Transfers and Demotions.
  • Leave Salaries/ overtime, etc.
  • Employee query management.
  • Assisting the reporting manager with support on Compensation & Benefits and Performance appraisals.
EXPERTISE

Must have advanced Excel skills and Numeric reasoning ability.

Excellent knowledge of GCC Labor Laws.

Should have a good understanding on the ERP systems and Performance Management Systems.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Time management and interpersonal skills.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree (pref. Computers/ IT), MBA in Finance & HR (preferred)
